„He double booked through booking dot com and we had nowhere to stay. The poor people arrived just before us and were equally worried they would be without accommodation. After we called Stayz he tried to cancel our booking as “we didn’t meet minimum age”. Really poor form by the guy. Don’t trust him with your holiday!“

„Excellent location, roomy property, very clean and well equipped apart from lack of a small saucepan and a small sharp knife, also, the mattresses in 2 of the rooms were very uncomfortable; one thin and hard and the other incredibly soft. We failed to find a switch for the overhead kitchen light. Well set up for a dog if necessary and roomy parking. The faults were minor and didn't spoil our holiday. They are being included for the owner's/agent's perusal.“

„It was absolutely perfect. The cottage has everything you need - it’s really right on the beach. You can walk to the beach via a small path in the garden or along the road (past the surf club). „The property is like no other, caters for large groups no matter the weather or season, we had some rain during our stay but it didn’t stop the kids swimming in the heated pool or being able to sit out on the back deck listen to the streamed music watch the kids and catch up with our friends. „Rooms suited our needs. Bunk room fantastic for kids. Bathrooms beautiful. Easy walk to beach and short drive to shops in Ulladullah. House has everything you need. Lounge furniture was comfortable but had a few marks on it. Overall,we enjoyed our stay there.“

„We had lovely weather and back deck great in the morning sun for coffee overlooking the bay. House photos very accurate - it does look like that. Everyone had a great time, house very comfortable and accommodated us, three teens and dog very well. Kids loved table football in back garage. “

„Beautiful tranquil location for my family to come together for holidays. Good living spaces indoor and outdoor, and had all the things we required. Friendly community and dog friendly property and beaches. Communication with the host was quick, with clear check in check out requirements. Our only suggested improvement would be a better clean to remove the cobwebs / dust from the kitchen / rear living / alfresco areas…however in saying this we would stay here again without hesitation. “

House was comfortable and most things provided, but it was obvious no-one had swept around prior to our arrival. „Quest leider nicht auf bekanntem Niveau. Speziell die Küchenuttensilien nicht. Keine scharfen Messer, Pfanne nicht nutzbar, da verschliessen/Beschichtung abgelöst. Bett war unübersehbar mit dreckiger Bettdecke bezogen - und dann die Flecken mit Tagesdecke überdeckt. Auf unsere Nachfrage an der Rezeption ob Bett neu bezogen werden kann hieß es um 3 Uhr Nachmittags, dass hierfür niemand mehr verfügbar ist. Wir haben immerhin ein saubers Laken erhalten um das Bett selbst neu zu beziehen.“
