We’ve equipped Kingsview Shoal Bay with the comforts and little extras we appreciate when travelling ourselves.

Quality bed linen and bath towels are provided exclusively for the apartment rather than commercially rented. We also supply everyday essentials including shampoo, liquid hand soap, toilet paper, tissues, washing detergent and other basics to make settling in easy.

The bedrooms have ceiling fans for added comfort, and the apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. The balcony has a BBQ, perfect for relaxed meals after a day at the beach.

Our aim is to provide a beautifully presented, comfortable and well-equipped home away from home, so you can arrive, unpack and start enjoying your stay.

Shoal Bay is one of Port Stephens’ most beautiful coastal destinations, famous for its crystal-clear turquoise water, white sandy beach and relaxed seaside atmosphere.

Kingsview Shoal Bay puts you right in the heart of it all. Stroll to beautiful Shoal Bay Beach for a swim or morning walk, then wander into the village for coffee, breakfast, lunch or dinner – all without needing to get in the car.

Enjoy breakfast or coffee at Zenith Café, drinks and consistently great food at Shoal Bay Country Club, fabulous Greek dining at Atmos, or Asian-inspired dining at East Pavilion. For relaxed bistro dining and fresh seafood, the Fishermen’s Club is conveniently located directly opposite the apartment building and can be accessed via its rear entrance. After dinner, stop by Scoop & Roll for a delicious dessert or ice cream before strolling back to Kingsview.

For those wanting to explore, the iconic Tomaree Head Summit Walk is nearby and rewards you with spectacular views across Port Stephens and the coastline. Zenith Beach, Fingal Bay, Nelson Bay and Tomaree National Park are also just a short drive away.

We do not allow parties of any description, and we do not allow pets. Guests must park in the car space allocated to Apartment 503, which is clearly marked on the ground at the front of the car space. Please do not park in any other car spaces.
