Hotels Shirogane Onsen

„Exellent dinner buffet! Free shuttles (reserved) from Asahikawa and to Biei were very convenient. 3 mins walk to the famous Shirogane Bridge for great views. We didn't go to the Blue Pond due to transport logistics and lots of flying insects. Free water bottles and japanese sweets in room. Rooms were nice and clean. The only problem was our 2 rooms didn't have airconditioning, or rather, the central airconditioning is not effective at all. It was too hot to sleep for our 1 night stay in August ...

„very old hotel, less maintaining, the room window very small, feel not enough fresh air. not good at all.“

„We are a family of four and stayed here for one night. The staff spoke limited English, but they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were able to communicate without any problems. This is an older, traditional Japanese hotel. It’s not luxurious, but that’s exactly the kind of authentic experience we were looking for. Guests can enjoy complimentary snacks and drinks, including beer, in the lounge, which was a wonderful touch. My husband and I are heavily tattooed, and we were welcomed ...

„The staff was very friendly, efficient hotel where everything was easy and pleasant. Our room looked over the train station, making an open window not the best idea. The bathrooms were quite outdated. “

„The hotel cannot be found on Google map. It took us long time to find the hotel and discovered the hotel name is different. When we booked the hotel it was Petiti hotel blanc feur. Actually it is Petiti hotel blancenerge. We told the staff, he seemly does not care.“

„Blick auf ein Dach und einen Parkplatz“
