„This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in! The windows were so dusty and we had a lot of ants in the kitchen, it was very disgusting. Everything was very used. The shower was also dirty. We needed to park our car outside of the building because all parking spaces were full. The next day our license plates were stolen. So very unsafe area. I would not recommend staying there. “

„It was a modern Apartment, it was cosy and comfy. The Furniture showed a bit use. Nevertheless, the view of the Pioneer River was great. Also I did get help after late arrival. I had some issues with the check in. “

„This property was just perfect for myself and 2 sisters. The home was right near the park and we walked through the park to the beach every day. It was very spacious with the main bedroom, ensuite and a 2nd lounge area on the bottom floor and the other 2 bedrooms, kitchen, main bathroom and main lounge area upstairs. „Our booking was for Monday 1st May -Labour Day in Qld public holiday. The room given was located on level 1 with a view of the child care centre but fortunately it had not been cleaned so we were moved to level 6 which did have a view. False advertising if left in room on level 1. Toilet continuously running door to laundry broken. Managed by Airtrip who operate out of the UK. Deposit of $300 taken as payment not authorisation as with most operators in Aust. Had to pay International Processing ...

Tony was very accommodating when we had to postpone our trip in 2023 when my husband had Covid the day before we were to travel and allowed us to transfer our booking to 2024.
