„Although brief, this area is beautiful!! Simplicities, pure nature, and only an hour or 2 from Brisbane city. Gorgeous drive from here to Brisbane too. The room was almost perfect, large fridge, comfortable bed, only downfall for me, were people playing loud music at 6am, but that's not the parks fault. And there were a few hairs in the bed and around toilet floor. Nothing drastic, but I did notice them. All in all, I would absolutely go back!!“

„So so beautiful. Sitting out on the deck overlooking the dam with ducks, fish and turtles. So relaxing and only a short drive into Gympie where we found the most incredible antique and homeware shop. Plenty of fire wood to keep the cabin warm on chilly nights. Magic place. Thank you Nina “

„Ruby’s Cottage is charming and really well set up with everything you need plus it has great ambience with stylish and interesting decor. The setting is lovely and peaceful with privacy and views. Lots to see and do in the surrounding area just a short drive away. Great hosts as well as being dog friendly makes it perfect.“

„Gympie has always been Bogan City and it was interesting that after 20 years since my last stay, nothing has changed except for the creation of another bogan generation. Gympie is over represented in utes and pickups. The bigger the pickup, clearly in my mind is the diminished size of that persons manhood. The utes and pickups are belching, noisy, are constantly laying down rubber and it appears they must display multiple aerial's and beer decals along the sides. It also appears nobody walks ...
