„First room we had was loaded with roaches.. So I went downstairs and the hotel clerk was so nice she called her boss immediately and issued us another room wish they would’ve gave me a discount for the inconvenience but other than that the hotel is not bad floors could’ve been mopped they were a bit dirty and the WiFi only seemed to work well at night… overall I give the hotel 6/10“

„The size of the room was bigger than normal but no hot water in the shower, the heater wasnt working too well even after puting it to 85 bearly any heat. And although the door was closed and locked it wouldnt close properly. “

„The room had a smell, the only light that was working was in bathroom, the toilet had no top on back of it, not a good selection of TV channels, door doesn't lock well, lobby looks unpleasant. Overall all when booking don't be fooled by the pictures you will be disappointed “

„Es gab ein kleines inkludiertes Abendbuffet was laut Rezeption wohl jeden Abend wechselt. Auch gab es Getränkgutscheine für 3 kostenlose Bier, Wein oder Cocktails. Hat mir sehr gut gefallen.“

„24 / 7 Rezeption existiert nicht. Freundlicher Empfang ist etwas anderes. Nach 15 Minuten warten erreichten wir dan endlich jemanden, damit wir den Check in absolvieren konnten.“

„The hotel is relatively new and has a lovely fresh feel about it. The guest laundry facilities are superb and free. Coffee is provided 24 hrs for free in reception. A selection of herbal teas are provided every evening. Superb gym. Friendly staff. Definitely the best hotel stay on our trip so far. Would thoroughly recommend. “

„Great location, check in and check out were easy, liked that the check out time is still 12p, and housekeeping service every day Disliked shabby condition of furniture, TV remote wasn't working properly, stains on chair, not enough and no towel rack for hand towels, shower head water weak, hand-held shower needed, didn't feel the water came out strong enough “

„Rooms are nice sized and clean. Most hotels have really high shower heads, this one has hand held shower heads making adjusting the water temperature much easier. The staff is wonderful and eager to answer any questions you may have.“
