Finde Shepherdstown Museum Hotels

„The hotel was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful, we had an issue with our toilet and somebody immediately came up and fixed it.“

„The property is newer, staff were friendly, and room was clean. Unfortunately the location is within a large mall and parking lot which made for a good deal of noise, even overnight with a few cars outside revving engines and playing loud music. The room upstairs was loud until 3am.“

„We reserved an accessible room at Comfort Inn Aiken’s Center. Initially, we were pleased: the room was well maintained, and the accessible shower was excellent. However, minutes after settling in, we noticed an annoying cricket-like noise coming from the AC unit. We tried everything to stop it, but nothing worked. When we called reception, the employee immediately offered to change our room. When she mentioned that the room next door would have the same noise, I wondered whether this was ...

„Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und der Service prima. Die Zimmer sind großzügig bemessen und sehr sauber. Wir haben Frühstück mit gebucht. Das Essen war OK, aber wir würden das nächste Mal von der Karte bestellen, da dann die Auswahl größer ist.“

„My husband and l came to the property about 1 something this morning. When we got there we checked in got our keys went to the room only to find the lights in the room on, the tv on the bed not made and dirty towels in the floor. We hesitated going in the room as it smelled like someone had freshly taken a shower. We went down to the front desk reported our findings the front desk guys called his supervisor to report his findings then we were told they would have to put us in a Queen size room ...

„Great place to stay. Not at all fancy. Older building that has been upgraded. Could be just a little bit cleaner. That's why I didn't rate as excellent. I need to visit the area several times and will stay here again.“

„Ein sehr schönes, modernes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Das beste Home2Suites, in dem wir je übernachtet haben.“

„All is fine“

„We arrived at 2 PM but check-in wasn't until 4 PM. After a short wait, we were given a room and the $40 early check-in fee was waived. Thanks for that. They also have a very quick convenient shuttle to the casino and event center which we used to see a show. No problems and just a short wait for the return trip.“

„This property is conveniently located close to the casino but it definitely needs an update. Our room was clean except for the dirty grout in the bathroom. The shower curtain brackets were broken, the was a stain on the wallpaper that looked like blood splatter and there was a hole in the wall that someone just put a Styrofoam cup in it to cover it up. The breakfast was standard for a hotel, nothing special and no milk alternatives.“

„Everyone was polite and helpful. Room was clean. Good breakfast and coffee in the morning to get the day started.“

„connecting building so you would not have to walk outside. Use of sidewalks, you had to walk in the parking lot. the bathrooms needed better plumbing, they were not dirty from lack of hotel staff but smelled funny due to plumbing issues. the restaurant attached to the hotel had good food. I did not use the pool.“

„The place is absolutely beautiful. The setting is perfect. The staff was kind and helpful. Here are a few little things that would have made it a perfect experience. The breakfast on both days was original and interesting. However, it was supposed to be hot not like warm. Outside of our room by the water station was a tray of dirty cups that was there untouched for three days. It may seem petty but our bathroom had only a single roll of TP that was almost used up. The mentioned complementary ...

„Wonderful inn, beautiful historic rooms, charming atmosphere. The checkin process was very easy, breakfast was wonderful, and The Barn was an absolute delight. We had a wonderful time staying here and absolutely recommend it!“
