„Very pleasant staying experience. Even got upgrade without surcharge. Appreciate the hospitality and wish I can experience the same next time. “

„Very new and close to mall and wonderful bookstore“

„Hotel had a great theme together with amazing service.“

„Crown Plaza excellence but NOT english speaking. I`m surprised and disappointed because of the language skills of the staff - especially at reception - unacceptable. Everything els was perfect - room with much space, extraordinary architecture (even if you are not interested in). Calm and relax atmosphere. PHANTASTIC breakfast.“

„Rummen rena. Men hotellet behöver fräschas upp.

„Hotel was booked including breakfast from hotels.com The personnel told my wife (after she had picked her breakfast!) sorry your room has no breakfast. Very unpleasant experience in front of other guests. Never again at this hotel.“

„Beautiful property and great staff located in a nice and quiet part of Shanghai“
