„We had an amazing time, the cottage was exactly as posted and had everything we needed and then some! Jackie was such a thorough host which I love and was so prompt and clear with all communications. We would definitely come again it is a great secluded spot with no close neighbours currently. We didn't see a single person during our time while at the cottage or on the road to. Tons of nature, saw sooo many deer especially at dusk. Lovely hearing all the birds sounds.thanks for a great time!“

„If you are looking for a quiet rustic place this is the place to stay. Hot tub was clean. House was in good shape. The steps are a little challenging but it's a A frame cabin so space is limited so keep that in mind before you book. One suggestion would be a new AC on the second floor as is did not keep the area cool. Outside of that we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.“

„Beautiful property and cozy accommodations. I loved that the sunroom was an open space, the kitchen was big and well stocked. The lot is private with easy access to the creek. I loved that there is no WiFi available for a pure detox experience. Will be staying again.“

„Pictures on internet were very nice and clean. Upon arriving was a different case property had junk behind the silo walkway was not stable uneven round rocks to walk on especially for the distance from the parking.. upon entering the silo not clean shower contained mold, and mildew dead flies on floor. Handrails on stairs not stable some very wobbly each stair has it’s own rail handle. Very unkept outside.“

„Beautiful home perfectly located in the heart of historic Shepherdstown. It was a delight to be able to meander around the lovely shops and be just steps away from the house. Amy, the host, was wonderful - very helpful and easy to reach.“

„This was a lovely home! I loved the big fenced-in backyard for the dogs, and it was so nice having the hot tub. The beds were very comfortable - by far the most comfortable beds in a VRBO house that I have ever experienced.“

„Perfect location! We love to walk everywhere we can and explore and from the house you can get to lower town Harpers Ferry and all the little restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops along the way. The recommendations provided were all great and Snallygasters across the street, Rabbit Hole, Bolivar Bread Bakery, and Epigram Coffee (don’t forget the pastries) were all amazing. Harpers Ferry is just an overall friendly town and even more pet friendly everywhere!! House was all we needed for a nice ...
