„Our visit was short, , but it was enjoyable while we were there. The host thought of everything as far as toiletries and really went out of their way to make sure that we had the basics of what we needed, which was a nice refreshing change from most rentals. The beds were very comfortable and loved the big bathtub.!!“

„Great location, easy process. Light on kitchen items. WiFi could be stronger. Will use again.“

„I loved my stay at the Dune! I was in a corner room and it got great sunlight all day. It was just a few minutes from the beach, so I was able to walk out and watch the sunrise. There was also a market across the street that had delicious breakfast. I brought it back to my room to eat while enjoying the Keurig coffee in the room.“

„It was the perfect day and very convenient for our trip for our son’s graduation. Thank you for being so receptive and helpful.“

„Nice & clean inside. Didn’t get check in info til about 30 minutes before the check in time, kind of pricey for the area and it being that it’s an apartment! Neighbors are loud, walls are thin.“

„Charles was super responsive and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Also the shower head great water pressure :-)“

„Great location to visit Yale. Pictures represent the unit well.“

„On both nights of our stay we dealt with loud noises from the apartment above going past 1:30 AM. This was unsettling and prevented us from getting a good night’s sleep. While the pictures online are accurate as regards the interior – it was clean and updated - they don’t illustrate the unfortunate exterior environment. „I had issues with getting codes, which I managed, but NO COMMUNICATION!! there was no direct help number that would have quickly resolved stressful situation For that a poor rating - otherwise good room and location it would greatly help to have a live contact also I planned one day to walk around New have, but you wouldn't let me leave my bag!! I can see not checking in but for the cost of the night the curtesy to leave a small carry on in a closet is not too much to expect“

„Good time and a good clean place to stay. Door lock is a little tricky but the host was very responsive and got us going fast“

„Clean rooms. Friendly host“
