Enjoy full access to the resort’s shared spaces, including a covered pavilion with seating, fans, lighting, and a large propane grill—perfect for relaxing or gathering.

You’ll also find a beach area, swim dock, playground, bonfire pits, horseshoes, and other outdoor games.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the quiet peninsula community of Shell Knob, you can relax in the hammocks under the trees and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature all around you. The area is primarily residential, with a mix of small resorts and campgrounds nearby.

Just down the road, you’ll find local restaurants, playgrounds, and essentials. Please note: from Labor Day through Memorial Day, hours are more limited—many restaurants close for the season, and the grocery store closes around 9 PM (PLEASE CALL FOR UPDATED HOURS).



Getting Around:

Explore the property, wander through the nearby woods, or take a short drive to scenic overlooks and local attractions. Golf cart rentals are available for use around the resort, making it easy to get around and enjoy the grounds.

For day trips, you’re about 45–60 minutes from Branson, 30–45 minutes from Eureka Springs, and roughly 1.5 hours from Springfield.



Other Things to Note:

• This unit is part of a small, shared building with three other rentals, making it a great option for couples, small families, or groups booking multiple units together.

• This property is pet friendly. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $100 is required. This fee covers up to two dogs.

• Freedom complies with all ADA regulations and welcomes Registered Service Animals. ESA's (Emotional Support Animals) are allowed at this property but still incur the $100 pet fee.

• Registered Service Animal requirements: 1 - The service animal may not be left alone in/around the property. 2 - The service animal must be on a leash when outside. 3 - Owners are required to pick up all pet waste.

• No cats allowed. For all other pets please contact us.

• Minimum booking age is 21.
