„Stayed at this property while attending a wedding. The house was very clean and perfect for our needs. The homes across the street appear run down but we felt safe the entire stay. Paris was very quick to respond.“

„The house was very clean and fully equipped in the kitchen. The bathroom had everything that you would need and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing we missed was a TV, but we managed without it. I would highly recommend staying there, we will again for sure.“

„A lot of thought went into the renovation of this little house which used to be a neighborhood store. The surrounding area was a quiet residential area in a small town, very close to the interstate to Lincolnton, and Asheville area. I'd rent this place again.“

„Everything was sparkling clean and well appointed.The carport covered entrance was a plus, didn’t have to load or unload the car in the rain.Owner was very responsive to my needs.Having a morning coffee while watching the deer browse along the wood lot was a pleasant plus“

„Perfect central location in the town and area. I ventured to nearby attractions of Kings Mtn/Crowder Mtn parks and Cowpens battlefield park with ease. Neat little cottage - I was a single, so plenty of room for me. And, a "Pac-man" video arcade machine to boot - fun times. I plan on returning to the area in the Fall and would certainly stay here again, if available.“

„We were traveling in the area for a wedding. Great location to be central to everything there is to do in the area. If you’re traveling with dogs - even better! Dog park is walking distance and the large yard on the property was loves “

„Property was as shown. We didnt sit outside because it was hot and humid, but also didnt look very inviting. We think a neighborhood dog is using the area as his personal potty spot as one girl stepped in pooh first thing. Otherwise the house is really perfect for a girls weekend with a large sofa to lounge about and chat over coffee. Super easy check un and out and great communication. “

„Very nice place to stay! Beds were cozy, kitchen had everything we needed and perfect size! Very clean and well stocked. Far enough from the main road in town that we didn't hear all the traffic but close enough to run and get anything we needed real quick. Will definitely stay again!“
