„Tony was a fantastic host. Tony's place was immaculate, well stocked. Tony made us feel lime family. Tony bent over backwards to give us insight to places to go, eat and see. He even had a bottle of wine for us when we arrived for our anniversary. His kayaks and canoes were available to use on the lake that his property was on. My wife and I will be sure to go back again. 5 stars all around. “

„I would recommend Ray’s place to anyone going to Cooperstown. We went for Cooperstown Dreams Park and it was an affordable option and an easy 12 min drive - day and night. The apartment is much bigger than it looks online! The only thing I would say is that you should note that it is in the basement of their home so you might hear people walking around on top of you, but you get used to it after a while and if you’re there for CDP, you’re not gonna spend much time inside anyway! „It’s was great, loved the hot tube. The tv is in a good location and couches are comfortable. Cute dinning area, great for a getaway in the winter. Overall a great vintage cabin, which is a bit hidden in the woods. Get the feeling of being surrounded by natural. „My mom and I just enjoyed three nights in this lovely apartment. Everything was spotless and the host was very communicative and accommodating.
