„Room 1011 was on the corner so the view was amazing. We were able to see the Thursday fireworks from the hallway. The place was clean and comfortable. The cons…the bedroom is by the hall trash chute which which was loud. There is a sign to not use it at night but people still do and it woke us up every time. Also, there were only 4 elevators, on that side of the provides one laundry “

„Overall this was a great condo. The view was great. We even woke up to dolphins playing which we could see from our balcony. The walk to the beach is just steps away. However, when we got to the condo, after about 5 minutes, we noticed the bottoms of our feet were completely black! The floors were filthy. There was also very very low water pressure in the showers. We did contact customer service at one point because the people in the next condo were forever smoking weed and it was filtering ...

„This was a nice cozy place to stay right on the beach. It was a little dated, but they are in the process of renovating phases as of April 2025. We definitely plan to stay there again sometime.“

„Das Appartment 604 ist nicht zu empfehlen. Die Möbel sind sehr abgenutzt, die Wohnung ist nicht sehr gepflegt, man sieht das die Wohnung nur als Einnahmequelle benutzt wird und nichts investiert wird. Eine Renovierung könnte nicht schaden. Die Anlage selber ist zu empfehlen, alles ordentlich mit Vacasa war ich zufrieden.“

„Spectacular views of the beach and sounds of the ocean every morning when you wake up and look out the balcony. The condo is right on the beach and the pool was perfect for the kids. All restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions were right on Highway 98 so we never had to travel far. Real Joy Vacations kept in contact from booking, to check in and check out. They answered any and all questions I had. They also have a great Guest Portal to help you navigate your stay. “

„My husband and I had a wonderful 5 night stay in Pelican L01 bayside. End unit condo had lots of windows and was so easy to walk off the patio to enjoy the lazy river, pool and bay. It was close to the elevator to access the 3rd floor skybridge to cross to the beachside. We enjoyed the umbrella and chairs included during our stay. The condo and property were both beautiful and well maintained. Parking wad easy and always available close to the condo.Meredith was so kind and made everything so ...

„Our stay was great. We found the ease of the condo to be quite helpful with our four young children. The condo was just the right size to wear. Our beach was not overly crowded and we had plenty of space for playing in the sand and also on the shore of the ocean. The condo was great and had everything that our family needed. “
