„The hotel is located in a very nice forest area. We had a luxury room with onsen on the veranda. The room could have been cleaner and you could have topped up some beauty repairs. The food was absolutely great. Unfortunately, the staff spoke very poor English, but all in all a very nice stay.“

„The room view was great, and the weather was great on the first day, which is essential to enjoy the view of Mt. Yotei. The room was clean but not air-conditioned. Houses in Hokkaido are designed primarily for winter, so it wasn’t cool enough during high summer. Considering the level of global warming, I suppose an air-con will be a must in Hokkaido now... unless the present trend reversed and the climate gets cooler. Otherwise the stay was great!!!“
