„Highly disappointed especially paying so much for a skiing resort. From the breakfast to the sushi lunch was simply awful. Staff at Ezo restaurant cannot speak basic English and at Sisam, the female waitress served hot over a fence, not even thinking about health and safety. Lucky there was one staff member (Andy, a very pleasant and jolly lad) who asked how was our meal and saved the day, otherwise none of the staff even cared. „One of the best places I have ever stayed in. Beautiful property, room was amazing. Soaking in the hot onsen with the windows open looking at mount Yotei was so relaxing. Our room was so good and cozy. The staff here are amazing, so attentive and very helpful. The vibe this place has is incredible. The food was top tier as well. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer here. 3 days was not enough in this ultra relaxing place. This place exceeded all of my expectations. Will definitely go back ...

„The hotel is located in the middle of fields/forest. Don’t expect much of a town to go to for a walk. You’ll be spending most of the time in the hotel building. If you have dietary restrictions or preferences, it’s best to be very specific about what you can’t eat and write in Japanese if possible, to avoid misunderstandings. Overall the stay was ok but I found the interior design a bit on the darker side and not very cosy. It’s like instagram post come to life.“
