„This is the best place my family has ever stayed. It was clean and comfortable, the hotel was modern with the most amazing views. The staff were all so nice and when they saw us Checking in with our 5 year old they brought him his own robe and slippers for the onsen. We are going to make it a point to come back here.“
„Highly disappointed especially paying so much for a skiing resort. From the breakfast to the sushi lunch was simply awful. Staff at Ezo restaurant cannot speak basic English and at Sisam, the female waitress served hot over a fence, not even thinking about health and safety. Lucky there was one staff member (Andy, a very pleasant and jolly lad) who asked how was our meal and saved the day, otherwise none of the staff even cared.

Personal war freundlich und dass außen von der Zimmer malerisch.
