„Hotel braucht unbedingt eine Renovierung. Die Möbel, Teppiche, Tapeten und Bilder sind alle abgenutzt. Hier wurde lange nicht renoviert.
Personal war freundlich und dass außen von der Zimmer malerisch.
Ich kann leider niemanden empfehlen hier zu übernachten.“
„The hotel is located in a very nice forest area. We had a luxury room with onsen on the veranda. The room could have been cleaner and you could have topped up some beauty repairs.
The food was absolutely great.
Unfortunately, the staff spoke very poor English, but all in all a very nice stay.“
„Highly disappointed especially paying so much for a skiing resort. From the breakfast to the sushi lunch was simply awful. Staff at Ezo restaurant cannot speak basic English and at Sisam, the female waitress served hot over a fence, not even thinking about health and safety. Lucky there was one staff member (Andy, a very pleasant and jolly lad) who asked how was our meal and saved the day, otherwise none of the staff even cared.
