„This property is not a hotel but operating as function venue. Each night there are multiple parties with loud vibrating music being heard in the rooms till early hours of the morning. The staff are polite enough however our complaints of not being able to sleep due to the noise were ignored. Nor were we properly compensated for the inconvenience and not being able to get a decent nights sleep. Eventually we checked out earlier than our departure date into another hotel. „The hotel is owned by new owners and they do not honour bookings through the website. It is a shady joint with spotty wifi. Having said that the staff were very nice and understanding and since I had no other option, i had to book it at much higher price that the one advertised. Dirty towels, dirty room, no toiletries provided etc. the hotel is only for couples who want privacy for an hour or two“
