The room was clean The mattress was pretty worn out. The hot breakfast was a joke Waffle mix was so pasty you could barely get it to pour in the waffle maker. It’s very rustic and minimalistic but growing up in the area I was expecting that. Athens is close by and Old Mans Cave isn’t that far away and off course the Rocky’s boot store in Lancaster great place for lunch. We hiked the property had a camp fire and hit the jacuzzi. Very peaceful.
