"My husband a I came for a week with two other couples. The house was wonderful for our needs. The owner, Bill and the house manager, Karin were great at communicating and made sure our stay was very comfortable. Karin met us at the airport and took us to the house and help to arrange a rental car for the week. We all had a great time and look forward to returning to Long Island in the future. I would definitely recommend this property."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Rainbow House in Stella Maris. The house is beautifully decorated with a wonderful view and plenty of space to spread out. Unfortunately, we didnt get much use out of the gigantic pool because it was pretty windy all week. The beds and bedding were comfortable and there were plenty of towels provided, both bath and beach. The downstairs suite was huge and relaxing. We always travel with our own card games, but thr boys loved playing Sorry and UNO from the house selection too. The Stella Maris complex was wonderful... breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were great, drinks at the Moonshine bar were delicious and all of the staff members were so friendly. Jill the property (and Stella Maris) manager, was great- so friendly."

"This was a great way to stay on the island. The home is clean and has beautiful views of the ocean. The Homeowner and his house keeper are very friendly and are willing to help in any way!"

"First off, the communication with the owner was great. Right from the start Patrick was letting us know about the property and the island. We were allowed to check in upon arrival to the island since no one was before us, which was great. Unfortunately the flight was 4 hours late. Nonetheless, when we arrived, the property was ready to go and was perfect. Close to the beach and close to dinner good places to shop and eat. So many places on the island are outdated, but Hideaway was fresh and with a well stocked kitchen. Thank you Patrick for a great stay!"

"My family consisting of my husband, 2 adult daughters (27 & 19) and their fiancé/boyfriend and 2 teen daughters (16 & 14) absolutory loved staying at Rock Hill and would not hesitate to do so again. The property is spacious and has a beautiful view, though you do have to make a short drive to enjoy truly swimmable beaches. The Moonshine Bar is great for an afternoon snack and a frozen beverage...enjoyed almost daily by our entire party. They also have some fun weekly rum parties with music and such. The dining room at Stella Maris is good and works in a pinch, but it is expensive. I recommend Tiny's for exceptionally good food, beautiful views and a delightful breeze. Bruno was wonderfully attentive and you don't realize how nice that is until you deal with less than attentive property managers! A couple of things that would make the stay more enjoyable are: 1. A couple of cushy chairs or a more traditional sofa - while my girls seemed to enjoy the sofa (which is very low to the ground and has very little cushion), my husband most definitely did not. 2. A television in living room/bedrooms - after a long day of snorkeling/adventuring we enjoy watching movies as a family. We were able to hook our laptop to the projector and watch Netflix, but it was a bit more effort than would be necessary if there was a TV in the space. A TV in the master rooms would also be nice when you want to escape your family and catch an episode of whatever you are binging. Overall - Excellent!"
