This three bedroom, two bathroom sleeps (7) and is perfect for the family! With a large yard, great deck, BBQ grill and a fire pit you'll enjoy this cozy bungalow located just 5 miles from town. A full kitchen, cozy living room, and laundry make this property perfect for groups wanting to explore Seward. As our guest, we're here to help you explore Seward and Kenai Fjords National Park, offering discounts on many tours in the area!

Woodland Retreat sits on a large, private lot surrounded by trees, just a short drive from town bordering on state land. After a long day of play in the Seward area, the Retreat offers a comfortable place to relax. Games, books, WiFi and TV with Roku box are available for when it’s time to wind down or rest after a busy day.

The home and yard are yours to enjoy. There is one closet in the master suite that is locked to guests (we use it for storage of linens etc) as well as a tool shed in the backyard that is off limits, otherwise you are free to use the entire space.

There's a small cabin on property that is a separate nightly rental with its own parking. Please respect their privacy.

We do encourage guests to refrain from cooking fish inside the unit; however, we do provide a grill for outdoor cooking of your local catch. We do not allow processing of fish on property.

You will need to have a car if you are staying at Woodland Retreat. There is also a bike path that runs along the highway from town to just before the turnoff to Woodland Retreat and makes for a nice ride. Taxis are also available, but no other public transportation runs outside of town at this time.
