The first floor hosts three bright bedrooms with double beds (150 cm), all featuring en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and charming private balconies overlooking the surroundings, along with various lighting options that add warmth and character to each space.

The second floor is home to a spectacular open-plan area conceived as the heart of the property, featuring an elegant integrated living space, a fully equipped designer kitchen with a central island, a large dining area for up to 12 guests and a welcoming lounge area with a decorative fireplace, large sofas and armchairs. This floor also includes a guest toilet, a pleasant interior courtyard and charming furnished terraces that bring natural light and a sense of openness.

On the top floor is the sixth en-suite bedroom, equipped with two joined single beds (90 cm), air conditioning, wardrobe space and carefully designed ambient lighting. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
