On one side is the fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances ideal for preparing all kinds of meals. On the other side is the first of the apartment’s four bathrooms.

Further along, you’ll find a stylish living room with quality sofas, chairs, a Smart TV, and a large terrace with panoramic views of the avenue, an ideal spot for relaxing. Across the way, separated by a glass partition, is the dining area, a bright and intimate space for meals.

The hallway leads to one of the main bedrooms, which includes an en-suite bathroom, two single beds (90 x 190 cm), and a wardrobe. Next is a bedroom with a double bed (150 x 190 cm) and a walk-in closet for added convenience. The third bedroom offers a 180 x 190 cm bed and a cozy sofa, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

At the far end of the hallway is a second glass-enclosed living room, featuring another stylish sofa and a TV, ideal for movie nights or relaxing with friends and family. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
