Vacation Family Fun Home 1 mi. to Dollywood mins to all attractions & GSMNP

This is a well appointed single level home with everything your vacation needs. The Master bedroom has a comfy king size bed, private bath with jacuzzi tub, a walk-in closet and a large HDTV. The second room has a cozy King size bed, large closet and beautiful HDTV. The third bedroom features two Bunk beds, plenty of board games and a large HDTV. The second and third bedrooms share a bath between them. The living room is spacious with fireplace, plenty of seating, a queen size sleeper sofa, a gaming system with over a hundred games and a 65in HDTV. All TV's have streaming for our quests to enjoy. The dining room seats 6 around a large wooden farmhouse table (we have extra chairs in mudroom). The Kitchen has everything you need to prepare large meals or just microwaving leftovers, and a huge coffee and tea station to get your morning started. The main hang out spot is the game room. We spared no expense to make this a room to build family memories. Pool Table, foosball table, Competition Air Hockey Table, Competition Dart board, 4 stand up video game Cabinets, With multiple Games, 65in HDTV , and over 50 popular Board Games, And much more make this the FUN ZONE. The home is equipped with blazing fast Wi-Fi for gamers, streamers, and workaholics. The front porch offers rockers and a swing to relax and enjoy the night skies and the back deck features a Jacuzzi Hot Tub where you and your guests can relax sipping your favorite adult beverages while watching the nightly Dollywood fireworks show, (yes, we are that close to Dollywood, but you would never know it). We follow advanced cleaning techniques and CDC guidelines for the home and The Hot Tub is emptied, cleaned, and refilled between each guest. The Home is on an acre of private land for you to enjoy. So, welcome to Sunshine Cottage, kick back and relax, we got you covered.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was absolutely perfect - we could easily access all the attractions and restaurants we wanted without getting stuck in the heavy Parkway traffic, which was a huge plus during our visit.The house was clean when and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, and all the essentials were provided. The game room was a bit hit, as well. As pet owners, we really appreciated that this was a pet-friendly property. Our furry family member enjoyed the stay as much as we did! It's not always easy to find quality accommodations that welcome pets, so this was a big win for us.Overall, this is a great choice for families, especially those traveling with pets. We'd definitely stay here again on our next trip to Pigeon Forge!

The response and interaction from the host was absolutely on point. The cleanliness of the bathtub however, was less than Stellar. I too have a jetted tub in my home is 22 years old and there is not a speck of mold or mildew anywhere and every jet And outlet and inlet in that tub was black. The baseboards around the toilet area were not clean nor were the baseboards or the wall in the kitchen area there also is an investigation of what appears to be ladybugs. I know that’s not correct because they’re a different color, but they were everywhere on the walls on the ceilings. this vacation rental could be premier, but I am sorry to say my experience was not close.

Had a great time here! Quiet location yet it is right near town when you are ready to explore. The game room was a huge hit with both the teenagers and the adults! This house was the perfect location for a relaxing week in the mountains! It smelled extremely clean upon our arrival and the hosts were awesome, answering any questions we had promptly. We were less than ten minutes from Dollywood and only a short drive from both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We were close to all the action yet the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The hot tub was excellent for easing into our day and the game room provided hours of fun during our downtime at night. We really loved the convenient location and the spacious rooms. The fireplace made the living room feel cozy and it was the best place to hang out after a busy day out. The front porch was awesome for quiet mornings and the back porch would have been a great spot for a bbq. The yard was huge also. I can’t say enough good things about this house and we hope to return again in the future. Highly recommend The Old Mill Restaurant, Local Goat, El Sonador and Azul Cantina. Anakeesta, The Island and Dollywood were fun too! The Alpine Mountain Coaster is a must at night!

This was an Amazing Place. The host Patrick was very quick to respond to all my questions and needs. The home was fully set up to accommodate me and my family. The game room was a blast, plus they had plenty of extra games to play as a group. Definitely family friendly. The hot tub was a hit for all of us older folks. Plenty of blankets and pillows. For the nights it rained, we sat together watching movies and shooting pool. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Stay

Loved our stay while at Pigeon Forge, TN. Check in was flawless and the host was readily accessible if we needed anything. House was in peaceful area but yet a short diatance from all the attractions. The best though...was the fireworks. You have a pretty decent view of dollywoods fireworks at 940pm every night. This was icing on the cake after a long day out and about. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area

Great stay. Right within reach of everything but also secluded.

We arrived on time and the house was and is clean and ready. Everything but the deer hunter game worked (will not let you select and start a game). My young girls loved their beds. If like a firm bed, these were pretty firm. It was very kid friendly at this house. It would make it easier if there were a dog run or fenced in area for dogs in the back yard. The house was short minutes from everything but also pretty quiet with no houses across the street. Just some neibors on either side. The hot tub worked great. There are dimmer switches in the living room and master and even one over a jetted tub in the master. Note: the jetted tub is loud. The furniture was very comfy and felt very homey. The porches are very well kept. Only had to get rid on one spider and web on our last night. I highly recommend this house and the hosts are very friendly and responsive.

A great place to stay

We loved everything about this house. The location is close to everything ad the game room the kids loved. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi and the back deck. The front porch was awesome during the thunderstorm. Everything was clean and we just felt at home. Communication with the owners was amazing as well. Just a great trip all the way around.

Perfect for our family

The host was so kind and helpful. The home had everything for our family with ages ranging from 4-60! So many little details that were such a blessing to see in the home! We enjoyed the home so much that we were very content staying in for the evenings!:) location was also very good! Great home for a family! :)
