The space
Situated on our family farm, and set back off the road, the roundels have recently been converted from a barn. On the first floor, entry is into a large vaulted room with french doors & a juliet balcony with unobstructed South facing views over the Kent countryside. There is underfloor heating, and led colour adaptive lighting. The circular, open plan carpeted bedroom with 7ft circular bed is in a raised roundel. There is a circular jacuzzi bath in a column and a beautiful walk in shower. The kitchen is incorporated into the round, with a dishwasher, microwave, hob and air fryer if requested. There is an electric projector screen and XGIMI smart projector. We are on a family farm, with amazing walks from the door... you can walk for miles without going onto a road. Walking distance to 2 pubs (10mins) & village shop. 20 minutes to Sevenoaks or Tonbridge & 15 mins to nearest station. We can collect you. It is a very quiet, light & peaceful space with all mod cons. There is the opportunity for an additional double bedroom.

The entire first floor roundel apartment with own access & circular jacuzzi. Private & secluded, there are two round spaces - one with a king size circular bed, & the other housing the circular jaczuzzi in the middle, with a shower & bathroom around one side & a kitchen around the other. There is a large rectangular room as the living & dining area, with a cinema screen & projector & far reaching views across the valley.
Other things to note
The roundels are very accessible, apart from the wide external steps everything inside is on one level with a step up to the bedroom. Large walk in shower aside from the jacuzzi bath. Underfloor heating throughout.
