„We were visiting Chapin for an engagement party. The house was perfect for our adult children and their spouses and a great rendezvous point. The house was very nicely Appointed and had all the modern conveniences necessary to be comfortable. The home has a HUGE pool which made it very nice for a cool dip.The owner communication was nice, he reached out on the first day to make sure we had everything we needed. „We loved relaxing by the lake…. Screened in building was great for sitting out in the rainstorm we had with frogs croaking… the pier was great for watching the sunset and herons flying by… interior had everything we needed… comfortable beds for recharging the batteries…. „We chose to stay close to home this year so we could take our senior pets on vacation with us. We found the perfect place in The Waterfront Cottage. It has a large fenced in yard overlooking the lake with beautiful views. The house was very cozy and beds were really comfortable. It had everything we needed and then some! Relaxed and quiet it was still only a few minutes into town for food and/or supplies. And Candice was readily available if needed. I would give it 10 stars if I could! “

„Peaceful and altogether beautiful cove. Though the house is beautiful you’ll probably find yourself relaxing on the back deck. It was my favorite part of the entire property. If I’m ever in search of another lake vacation property I’ll definitely be booking here. “

„Drew was an amazing host, very responsive to text and messages. The House is amazing, Very Clean, and set up nice. The kitchen is very well stocked with, cups, plates, silverware, and stuff you you wouldn't think of. I hope I have a need to visit SC again. Thank you Drew, my friends and family had an amazing time celebrating my daughters graduation from UoSC. Only complaint is the driveway is small, and shaped weird, I had a hard time getting my truck and boat trailer in the driveway. “

„I stayed here with my family and had an awesome time! We were so impressed by the amount of things that were supplied for us. There was as so much to do. The covered deck and completely fenced in yard is amazing. The location was awesome as well. We loved fishing off the dock and taking out the kayaks. I can’t say enough good things about this place. „There were some nice features and plenty of space for us all. It seems like the house is being updated and that is good. It would be nice to have coffee or tea available. There were some appliances, such a kierig but no pods. That would be a big positive when you are only staying a short time and don’t plan on shopping.
