    The space offers all the amenities and conveniences of a home away from home.

    On entry, you are greeted with mesmerizing oceanfront views of the Caribbean Sea.

    Within the large spacious open plan layout, this condo has a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a stackable washer/dryer, and adjacent dining area with ample seating.

    Move into the living area where you can sit back relax and enjoy the comforts of plush furnishings and a large 55-inch HDTV, if you must while on vacation :)

    Then head over to the best part, your own private screened porch with dining, and take in those incredibly breathtaking sunrise and sunset views.

    From the master in the comfort of a King Bed wake up to the sunrise to start your day. A large walk-in closet provides maximum storage. The master en-suite boasts a large walk-in shower and double vanity sink.

    The guest bedroom features a queen bed with more storage and the guest bath has a tub available if this is your preference.

    Linens, beach, and bath towels along with toiletries are also provided in the unit on arrival.

    From the condo, take just a few steps outside and down the stairs and you are at the pool and beach. Here you can lounge on the sun deck or enter the private cove and head off to snorkel and see a ton of sea life including, turtles and parrot fish.

This beautiful condo was really perfect for us in every way. We highly recommend it for its location as it is close to everything but in a secluded area just off West Bay Rd. From this second story condo the views are exceptional for sunsets and observing the ships from the nearby Georgetown Harbor. The condo was clean and so inviting upon our arrival. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed the clean expansive pool and grounds everyday. We’re already planning our next trip to the Grandview Condo in January. It has a very private feel. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

Overall our stay was fantastic. Kenesha, the host, communicated very well. The condo was clean and updated nicely. The condo grounds were beautiful and the location was great, especially as we were wanting a quieter experience. The one area of opportunity were the mattresses. Absolutely wonderful property with a beautiful view of the water. Very clean and well kept. When we arrived, we were surprised as there was comforting music playing and a gift basket full of goodies for our stay! The condo had plenty of necessary household items as well as beach chairs and other recreational equipment for the pool or beach. Lots of clear instructions and recommendations for things to do and places to eat locally. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay!Kenesha was clear and efficient n her communication and we will try to stay here again the next time we are in Grand Cayman!

Kenesha is an excellent host! Extra touches such as fresh flowers on arrival, extra sunscreen, bug spray and aloe gel, plus coffee and creamer were much appreciated. Plenty of towels and beach towels, plus beach chairs and life jackets. You can rent snorkel masks and flippers from Divers World, a block away. Condo is within walking distance of several restaurants. The beach and pool were not crowded at all and sometimes we had it all to ourselves. The balcony is screened in, so no mosquitoes to deal with. Air conditioning worked great. We rented a car and loved Governor's Beach, where the water is calm and crystal clear. Pure Art is a great little store to buy one of a kind gifts. Jack's Beach Bar was fun and had good mudslides. Casanovas was yummy and a good value compared to other restaurants. Tukka East on the dock while Barefoot Man played was a highlight. Stingray City, Coral Gardens for snorkeling, Starfish Point and Crystal Caves were all amazing! Macabuca for easy snorkeling too. Don't worry if there is rain in the forecast. It may rain a bit, then it's done. We had a wonderful time in Grand Cayman!

The pictures and description of the condo are excellent, but the reality is even better. We were blown away by the size and feel of the rooms. There are great restaurants nearby, a grociery store is a 15 minute walk away and the beach and pool are just don't the steps.We had one issue with the AC not working at night and a wonderful technician was quickly sent out. The grounds are extrmely well kept and the trees on the beach offer shade or just move the side and have your sun.We will be back!

Beautiful updated condo with screened in patio. Condo provides more items for your use than currently listed; ie beach towels, floats, sand toys, full face snorkels, flippers, adult life jackets and more. Everything worked as expected. Great location if you prefer less beach traffic. If bringing kids and expect Sandy beach with the ability to play at the waters edge you will need to go down the beach away for rhat. We absolutely loved our stay! Highly recommend.

We enjoyed every part of our stay from the fresh cut flowers on the counter when we checked in to the easy check out process when we left. There were so many special little touches that made our stay delightful. There was a welcome basket with rum cakes and bottled water. They had sunscreen and after sun aloe to use (which we didn’t use because we brought our own). They provided ground coffee, k cups, several types of tea bags, paper towels, hand soap at each sink, dish soap, tide pods, dishwasher cubes… The condo was very clean! There are plenty of dishes and supplies to cook. Just not a lot of containers to store leftovers. There were beach towels and chairs to use. They even provide a cooler and a couple of ice packs to use on your island adventures. Each shower had a pump on the wall with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There are decks of cards and pickle ball paddles/balls to use. We had all that we needed. Parking is close and the view from the back patio is amazing. We even snorkeled off the beach in the back and saw plenty of tropical fish, a few lobsters, and a couple coral heads. The condo is centrally located between West Bay and the Easy end. There is a gym, liquor store, and coffee/breakfast shop all within a 5 minutes walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. We didn’t take any pics inside, but here are a few out back.

Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
We arrived at the airport and took a 15 minute taxi ride to a pub, Fidel Murphy's because we arrived too early for check-in to our condo. We sat outside at the picnic tables and enjoyed a leisurely meal before walking to our condo. The condo is beach front just as shown in the photos. The screened-in balcony was large and overlooked the lagoon and ocean. The pool and hot tub were nice and uncrowded. The sandy beach was clean and very few people were walking on it. There is a ladder to climb down into the water and you can swim to the lagoon. The condo was decorated in a coastal theme, comfortable beds and couch. Playing cards and a game for available to use as well as some beach/snorkle equipment. We were able to order food from a local grocery store and have it delivered to our condo. We were within walking distance to the restaurants: Peppers Bar and Grill, Cimboco, Chicken Chicken (we got the meal for family of 4 and had leftovers). We went on a few excursions: Red Sail Catamaran snorkel trip to String Ray Point, Bioluminescent Bay tour and starfish point, and the Cayman Turtle Center (take a taxi there but ride the free shuttle back). All in all, we had a wonderful time at this condo on Grand Cayman Island. We highly recommend it.
