The condo is furnished in a spa-inspired coastal style, offering a full kitchen with breakfast bar, updated appliances, a drip coffee maker plus a Keurig model, and an open living/dining area with a flat-panel TV and direct oceanfront views. Central A/C, ceiling fans, and in-unit washer/dryer add to the comfort.

Starter Essentials Provided

Kitchen essentials include dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, and coffee filters to get you started. Home essentials include a comprehensive starter pack with shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with board. Towels, linens, and beach towels are also provided.

Outdoor Highlights

Lounge by the large freshwater pool, play tennis or pickleball on the on-site court, or snorkel right out front in calm, clear waters. There is a diving rink tank, wash room in the pool area and beautiful spacious landscaping. There are ample oceanfront pool loungers, tables & chairs with umbrellas for relaxing scenic views and sunsets.

The condo also is equipped with 2 portable beach chairs, a small cooler and 2 pickleball paddles.

A swim ladder provides easy access to vibrant coral heads and the nearby Wreck of the Gamma. The quiet beachfront is a mix of white sand and coral rock, with loungers provided for guest use.
