The Space

The heart of the villa is a bright open-plan living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. Comfortable seating areas and a large dining space create the perfect environment for gathering together, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for preparing meals during your stay.

The property offers 9 spacious suites, each with:

In addition to the suite bathrooms, the villa also includes an extra guest bathroom.

Within a short drive, guests can reach Praia do Meco, Praia das Bicas, and the dramatic cliffs of Cabo Espichel. The picturesque fishing town of Sesimbra is only 20 minutes away, offering sandy beaches sheltered by the surrounding hills, a lively marina, and excellent local restaurants.

Nature lovers can explore the stunning Arrábida Natural Park with crystal-clear waters, scenic hiking trails, and some of Portugal's most beautiful coastal landscapes.

Despite its peaceful setting, the villa remains conveniently located less than an hour from Lisbon, striking the perfect balance between accessibility and tranquillity.


CHECK-IN

Standard check-in: 16:00 – 20:00

The exact check-in time will be confirmed the day before your arrival, based on your preferred arrival time and our availability.

Early check-in is subject to availability, prior confirmation, and an additional charge.

CHECK-IN FORM: As all check-ins are conducted in person, guests are asked to complete the check-in form sent after booking no later than 48 hours before arrival. The expected arrival time should be provided so that we can make every effort to arrange the check-in at the preferred time and ensure that a member of our team is available to meet the guests at the property.

Early check-in charges:
• 14:00 – 16:00: €150
• 12:00 – 14:00: €250
• 10:00 – 12:00: €350

Late check-in charges:
• 20:00 – 00:00: €50
• 00:00 – 02:00: €80

The late check-in fee must be paid in cash directly to the Welcome Agent upon arrival.

CHECK-OUT

Standard check-out: 11:00

Late check-out is subject to availability and must be requested during office hours on the day before departure. We will then confirm whether it can be accommodated.
