It’s a nice hotel but a lot of the decoration choices are made to look nice rather than be nice so it looks better in pictures than is. “

„das Hotel hat zum Ende des kostenfreien Storno Zeitpunktes ohne meine Zustimmung meine Kreditkarte belastet. Obwohl beim Buchen über Hotels.com „zahlen im Hotel „ ausgewählt wurde. Außerdem 20£ für die Tiefgarage wo außerhalb des Hotels für max. 4 Stunden geparkt werden durfte, finde ich zuviel.“

„Es ist ein tolles Hotel mit einer besonders schönen Lage , ruhig am Fluss , dennoch nur ein paar Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt . Zimmer waren in Ordnung,Frühstücksauswahl gut ,Extras wie Kakao, Spiegeleier kein Problem nur das es viel zu lange gedauert hat . Schon auf Grund dieser idyllischen Lage würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen.“

„Das Hotel war an sich in Ordnung. Leider war das Zimmer sehr warm. Klimaanlage gab es nicht und das Fenster hätte man Max 10cm öffnen können, was wir aber wegen den ganzen Insekten davor auch nur kurz gemacht haben. Für die 25£/Nacht bekam der Hund beim Check in ein extra Türschild (Do Not disturb/attention mit einer Pfote) und mehrmals den Hinweis den Hund nie, nie alleine im Zimmer zu lassen. Außerdem gab es auf dem ganzen Gelände und im Hotel keinen Mülleimer außer im Zimmer.“

„Not as good as could be. To enter the "spa" area you need to leave the building and use a seperate entrance. Its quite small and in poor condition. Jacuzzi was out of service. Price is too high. Only thing that was perfect was the breakfast and the service in the restaurant.“
