Gîte de la Prevote - calme et sérénité en campagne

Located in the heart of the countryside between Reims and Château-Thierry, only 1h30 from Paris, the 3* classified gîte de la Prévôté is the ideal place for reunions with family or friends. You will be charmed by the calm and serenity that emanates from this magnificent 18th century building classified as a historical monument and its enclosed garden of 2,000 m². Hiking, visits, discovery of the vineyard and the Champagne cellars will be at the rendezvous!

The house of 200 m², entirely renovated in 2020, can accommodate up to 10 people and is composed of a living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, 4 bedrooms, a shower room, a bathroom.

The lodging :
The house dating from the XVIIIth century is leaned against a "prévôté" of the same period. The walls and period elements are listed as historical monuments. The calm will be absolute, you will enjoy the serenity of the place, surrounded by greenery, without any neighborhood.

On the first floor :
- Fully equipped modern kitchen: fridge, oven, microwave, plates, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and filter coffee maker . Dining table to enjoy your meals with family or friends.
- Dining room with a large family table for convivial meals by the fire. The fireplace insert works and firewood is provided.
- Living room with two large sofas, a ceremonial fireplace, a television (more than 300 channels including Netflix, thanks to the fiber), a DVD player and several DVDs for children.
- Bedroom 1: Two single beds
- Bathroom with sink, storage and shower.

- Access to the garden and the terrace from the first floor

Upstairs :
A pretty landing gives access, by a wooden staircase, to the 1st floor. This last one is served by a very beautiful landing room with a magnificent view on the surrounding countryside.
- Bedroom 2: Large master suite composed of a bedroom with a double bed 160 x 190 cm, a sink and a wardrobe. A second room for children is accessible from the large bedroom with a single bed.
- Bedroom 3: Very large room with an independent baby area, equipped with an umbrella bed and a changing table, a wardrobe and a beautiful decorative fireplace.

- The large courtyard allows to park several cars and the two garages allow the parking of three cars.

- Accessible by car, 1h30 from Paris, 20 minutes from Château Thierry, 40 minutes from Reims, 50 minutes from Soissons.
- A4 motorway access, exit Château Thierry. To reach the gîte de la Prévôté, you will have to take the communal road which leads you to Favières, you will find there only one house, your destination.
