„I almost rated this an 11 but then I went down to breakfast.. what a huge disappointment.. if you are in to carb loading, well then I are at the right place No eggs (fake or real) No Oatmeal at all. Stale looking bagels, Individual wrapped muffins, that tasted freezer burned. Waffle maker Individual cereal boxes, very little assortment of choices No fruit at all Do better!! No yogurt at all“

„Most of my 4 night stay was great. The best parts: Covered, safe parking, hot water immediately when I turned on the bathroom sink (opn the 6th floor), quiet halls, hot breakfast with many options, friendly desk clerks (thanks Sam!). If I want to be nitpickey I would mention that my plastic wrapped soap was impossible to open and both times I needed glasses or scissors to get the soap out! Crazy. When you are showering that is not a good thing....anyway, certainly not the end of the world but ...

„Found an e-cigarette on the floor next to my bed. Was told it was a smoke free facility.“

„The picture of the room on the website was not the room we stayed in. It was much different and a disappointment as we could not even use the pool, because it was filthy, including a layer of bugs on the top. If you like horror movies, you would have loved this as when we stepped off the elevator we had to use our phone flashlight to make our way to our room. The 2nd night (Halloween) it was like the shining, as they lit the hallway with tiny fake votive lights and stick them on the wall. ...

„Tolles Hotel mit bequemen Betten, AC, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle. Wir waren im 10. Stock und hatten Aussicht auf die Stadt. Mit Uber ist man in 15 min. In der City. “

„Exzellente Unterkunft. Altes Haus in tadellosem Zustand. Ganz tolle Weihnachtsdeko.

„Our stay was absolutely magnificent! I consider myself quite particular when it comes to accommodations, and this property exceeded my expectations. It was immaculate from top to bottom, with exceptional cleanliness, security, and privacy; all of which were especially appreciated while traveling for a work conference. The entire experience was outstanding, and I will absolutely be staying here again!“

„The bartender Cindy was very nice and warm-hearted. We had a few very nice conversations.“

„What a wonderful hotel! It’s easily one of my favorite stays in the U.S. Everything is super clean, the design and rooms are fantastic, and the staff are incredibly professional and friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back here next time!“
