Back inside, the living room offers a pullout sofa and electric fireplace for ambiance and warmth on chilly evenings.

Downstairs, the lower level offers two bedrooms, both featuring a Dreamcloud luxury king bed and comfortable setting. Wake up to spectacular sunrise views over the lake and enjoy the peaceful ambiance from your private lakeside retreat. The full bathroom with step-in shower offers stunning tile work and a glass door.

The lowest level of My Blue Heaven is where you and your guests are sure to want to be! A third bedroom with a Dream Cloud luxury king bed and lake view are settled here in addition to a game room with poker/game table and checker board and chess table. Ideally located, a refrigerator and full sink can be found here – bring your favorite drinks and pour a cocktail while challenging your friends and family to one of the many fun games provided.

Outside, a stone staircase and path lead to the lower level patio where you'll find the BBQ grill and firepit. Enjoy a cookout with your travel mates right at the waters edge, and roast marshmallows before retreating to bed.

Nearby area activities are right at your fingertips! Enjoy walking the canal front in downtown Seneca Falls. Fall Street offers dining options and boutique shops for picking up a Finger Lakes souvenir. Wineries and breweries are plentiful too! Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.
