"Wir wurden mit einem Upgrade empfangen - die Island Suite war wirklich fantastisch. Das Personal war mehr als zuvorkommend. Die Customer Journey war bis ins letzte Details durchgeplant. Wir haben es sehr genossen - uns fehlte es an nichts."

"Das Hotel selbst war sehr gut bis hervorragend. Hatte sehr grosses extrem sauberes Zimmer. Personal ist super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr guter Poolbereich mit toller Bar und großer Auswahl an Cocktails mit auch Happy Hour. Leider sind die Strände/Grünflächen von Bali völlig vermüllt (trash Season von Dez-März) Jeder sollte sich vorher über YouTube /Internet einmal die er ülljng anschauen. Ich blieb nur in der Anlage. Habe mich vor dem dreckigen Meer geekelt."

"Absolutely the best of the best! The Anvaya Beach Resort in Kuta, Bali is pure perfection. The service is outstanding — attentive, professional, and never intrusive. Every area of the resort, from the public spaces to the rooms, is spotless clean. The breakfast buffet is beyond incredible — easily the most amazing I’ve ever experienced, with around 20 different hot and cold dishes. There’s even a shawarma spit, sushi, and tandoori chicken! The location is safe and perfect, close to everything yet peaceful. A special mention to Agus Kreshna at the reception — one of the most helpful, friendly, and genuinely funny receptionists I’ve ever met. Truly an outstanding employee who made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended in every way — five stars without hesitation!"
