Villa Kadena consists of two two-bedroom apartments separated from the inside, but connected by an external staircase. On the villa's first floor, there are two spacious bedrooms, one of which has a large double bed, and the other two single beds. One bathroom between the rooms provides an additional feeling of comfort and warmth. The spacious open-plan living area and fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for six create the perfect place for family and friends to gather.

With access to a spacious outdoor terrace with an incredible view of the blue Adriatic Sea. The terrace is equipped with comfortable furniture, ideal for relaxing with the sunset or enjoying delicious meals under a clear sky.

The second floor of the villa also boasts two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. One bedroom has a large double bed, and two baby cots are available for the little ones. With a sofa bed in the living room, the villa can accommodate two more people (more suitable for children). With access to another terrace, you will be delighted with the view of the entire bay. This part of the villa also has a separate entrance from the outside of the house.

The garden of the villa attracts attention with greenery and paved stone surfaces with sitting areas. The central part of the garden, and at the same time the ground floor of the villa, is decorated with a beautiful swimming pool with salt water, giving the impression that you are swimming in the sea itself. Around the pool there is a sunbathing area with comfortable deckchairs, providing an ideal place for refreshment and relaxation.

In addition, the villa offers many entertainment facilities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. You will find table football, darts, and various board games in the villa, while the trampoline and children's playground provide additional entertainment for the youngest.
