„Very cute little place. It’s about a 15 min walk to the end of the boardwalk. There are a few nice little restaurants a few blocks away. Parking is easy. The beach is right there which was awesome.There is a kitchen and washer/dryer (don’t forget to bring detergent if you plan to use it) which is very nice. „I feel bad having to leave a poor review overall as the owner was very accomodating and resjponsive but there are some big concerns I wish I had known before I rented. On the accurate side, the location is outstanding. I had seen the cottage on a previous trip and knew we wanted to be smack on the boardwalk. It is before season so the beach was all ours. Kitchen and bathroom are dated but clean. On the " not good but maybe not a dealbreaker given the location" was the shabbiness- inadequate ...

„This house was in a great location and the amenities were awesome. Upon arriving, we had to wash a few dishes that were noticeably not washed during the prior stay. The dryer took extremely long to dry clothes. We had to bring home damp clothes in a plastic bag due to the dryer running for 3 straight cycles on high and still not fully drying the clothes. „The view was spectacular. Beautiful sunrises. The place was very clean and spacious. It was very peaceful and serene. Owners responded immediately to any questions. Check in was seamless. All linens provided, so no need to pack extra. Bed is very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.“
