Welcome to Coastal Sunflower at Bayside Resort, our spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath vacation home located in beautiful Bayside Resort in West Fenwick, Delaware. With two living areas, two king primary suites, multiple outdoor spaces, and a garage stocked with vacation gear, our home is designed to make family beach vacations comfortable, easy, and fun.

You'll be just minutes from Fenwick Island and Ocean City beaches while enjoying all that Bayside Resort has to offer. Spend your days at the pools, biking through the community, playing tennis or pickleball, relaxing at The Point, golfing on the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, or enjoying a concert at the Freeman Arts Pavilion.

We provide 7 adult bikes, 2 kids' bikes, 2 kid scooters, 8 beach chairs, beach umbrellas, tennis and pickleball equipment, basketballs, and catch-and-release fishing rods, plus puzzles and board games. Bikes and recreational equipment are provided for guest convenience and are used at your own risk.

Outdoor Space to Unwind – Enjoy two second-floor decks, a large rear deck, and a 15' x 8' screened porch—perfect for morning coffee, an afternoon break, or relaxing after a day at the beach. With no homes directly behind the property, you'll also enjoy a little extra privacy.
Bayside Resort Right Outside Your Door – Pools, pickleball, tennis, basketball, fitness facilities, hot tubs, saunas, golf, dining, Signatures, The Point, Freeman Arts Pavilion and more make it easy to enjoy a full vacation without leaving the community.

Fenwick & Ocean City Minutes Away – When you're ready to venture out, enjoy the beaches, Ocean City Boardwalk and rides, restaurants, shopping, Tanger Outlets, and other attractions along the Delaware and Maryland coast.

Our home features four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, including two primary suites—one conveniently located on the first floor and another upstairs for added privacy.

• Second-Floor Primary Suite 2: 1 King Bed + Queen Sleeper Sofa
• First Floor Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed
• Second Floor Bedroom 4: 2 Twin Beds
In addition to the main living room, there is a large second-floor family room, giving families plenty of space to relax without everyone having to be in the same room.
The home also has 5 large Smart TVs, including a 55" TV in the downstairs living room, a 65" TV in the upstairs family room, and 50" TVs in three of the four bedrooms.

Outdoor Living
One of our favorite things about Coastal Sunflower is all the outdoor space. Enjoy two second-floor decks, a large rear deck, and a 15' x 8' screened porch that's perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or pool.
The home also has no houses directly behind it, providing a little extra privacy and a more peaceful place to unwind.

When you're ready to explore beyond Bayside, you're just a short drive from Fenwick Island and Ocean City.Spend the day at the beach, visit the Ocean City Boardwalk and amusement rides, enjoy local restaurants and fresh seafood, shop at Tanger Outlets, or explore the many family-friendly attractions along the Delaware and Maryland coast.
At the end of the day, come back to the quieter resort atmosphere of Bayside and relax at Coastal Sunflower.

Parking
The private driveway accommodates 2 vehicles.
Limited additional parking may be available on the adjacent street. Parking is not permitted on the community's main streets.

Linens
Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided. Sheets, pillowcases, and bath towels are not included. A professionally cleaned linen package is available for rent. Additional information about linen rentals can be provided after booking.

Bayside Resort Amenity Passes
Bayside Resort amenity passes are not included in the rental rate and are available for guests to purchase separately if they would like access to participating resort amenities.

Off-Season
January 1 – May 15 & September 23 – December 31
• 3-Day Pass: $40 per person
• Weekly Pass: $70 per person
Peak Season
May 16 – September 22
• 3-Day Pass: $65 per person
• Weekly Pass: $115 per person
Children under 5 are free with a paying adult.
Please note: Amenity pass pricing is established by the Bayside community and is subject to change as rates are reviewed and updated annually. Guests are responsible for the amenity pass rate in effect at the time of their stay.
Purchase instructions and additional information will be provided to guests prior to arrival.

Housekeeping & Security
The home is professionally cleaned before check-in and after check-out. Guests are asked to remove personal belongings, dispose of trash, and leave surfaces reasonably clean.
