„Our stay in Aomori was made truly special by the exceptional kindness and support of the entire hotel team. On our way from Shin-Hakodate to Shin-Aomori on the Shinkansen, we unfortunately left a backpack on the train. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff immediately offered to help and contacted the JR service hotline on our behalf. Later that afternoon, they even accompanied us to the JR information counter in Aomori to help us communicate and follow up on the situation. Once we confirmed ...

„It's a convenient but worn-down hotel that doesn't merit more than an overnight stay.“

„Great stay for a night or a few. The bus to Aomori station is right in front. I was there during Nebuta so the price was likely higher than usual. The beds are hard but comfortable. The personnel was very friendly.“

„I was there during Nebuta so the price was likely higher than what I would have paid for this kind of room. Everything was clean and well maintained. The hotel is only a few minutes away from the main shopping street.“

„This is an historic and rustic natural hot spring hotel high in the woods very authentic. A hidden gem. The staff was super friendly and dinner and breakfast included incredible. The hot spring one hot and one warm great to spend lots of time- supper mmmmm. My favorite place this trip. Not new and fancy but relaxing and special“
