„We had a great stay here over Thanksgiving weekend. The host was very helpful and communication was excellent. All four bedrooms upstairs were comfortable, I loved the soaking tub in the master bath. The mattresses are all memory foam, and my son loved sleeping in the bunk bed. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was plenty of space. The views of the lake and mountains from upstairs are awesome on a clear day. „The Boulders is a gem on Little Squam. A great beach w/ kayaks and canoe and swim out dock as well as boat access if needed. The unit was great - updated w/ small kitchen area and loved the 2 enclosed decks overlooking the lake. We brought a paddleboard of our own (though there are some available on the beach) and had a great time exploring the lake shore. This place is perfect for a fun relaxing getaway to NH Lake country. „5 stars for location, communication and amenities! Even though the property inside is a bit outdated, it is a perfect lake house retreat with an amazing little beach with free access to kayaks, paddle boards and a canoe. Plenty of beach seating with fire pits and gorgeous views. A great place to escape with kids of all ages. It is less than a minute down the road from an amazing marketplace, delicious restaurant and it close to a science center and trails to walk on.Would stay again.Thank you ...

„We had a fantastic time! The house was immaculate. Had everything we needed. Plenty of towels. Lots of kitchen items including a few basic spices with olive oil etc. Hot tub was perfect. Game room was so much fun especially enjoyed playing Hookey! Would recommend anyone to stay here! Plenty of room to host a lot of people. Thanks!“
