They explained everything to us, including where to go hiking, swimming, shopping and dining. Both are very likeable and very friendly to their staff who is noticeable kind, understanding and caring itself. „Wirkt neu, ist sauber und freundlich. Der Wasserfall hinter dem Hotel ist leider kein Wasserfall mehr, weil kein Wasser. Nur Felsen. Aber wir hatten eh ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Strasse. Ein totaler Witz aber ist der Pool, der ist winzig klein. Das Hotel ist neu und sehr sehr gross, was also soll das mit diesem Zwergen-Pool???“
