The staff was so kind, helped us with our luggage, even they offered breakfast for non Muslims during Ramadan (which we really appreciated and did not take for granted)! Breakfast was limited but totally delicious and enough choices. The lady at check out was so kind, she even organized a cab for free. I had to hug her. „We booked voco Muscat Al Mouj for a one-night transit stay after landing late at night, opting for a value-for-money option before moving to our primary luxury hotel. Initial impressions were great. Check-in at 11 PM was smooth, and the front desk staff were welcoming enough to offer a room upgrade.
