Comfortable, stylish Interior: Enjoy modern amenities including a smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a kitchenette equipped with essential culinary tools.



Outdoor Oasis: Relax on the courtyard patio equipped with outdoor seating, a firepit, and a grill.



Convenient Sleeping Arrangements: The space accommodates two guests comfortably with plush bedding.



Prime Location: Located just a 5-minute walk to trailheads, and less than 2 min drive to grocery stores, restaurants and more!



Private and Secure: This is part of a duplex, but is completely separate from the other unit - this casita provides dedicated parking and a fenced-off outdoor courtyard area



Quiet Community: Nestled in a serene and peaceful neighborhood that offers exceptional star-gazing opportunities thanks to Sedona’s dark sky policies.



Additional Information:

Wildlife Awareness: Being close to creeks and a culvert, you might encounter local wildlife like bobcats and javelinas.

Washer & Dryer in Garage: Please ask for code after check in

Environmental Responsibility: Please help in conserving energy and water by turning off lights and AC/heater units when not in use and reusing towels when possible.

Check-In and Check-Out: Flexible self check-in process with a keypad. Check-in starts at 3pm, and check-out by 10am.

Guest Access:

Entire studio space, front patio, and driveway parking are all part of the Casita. Laundry is in the garage and available upon request. Mountain bikes can also be securely stored in the garage.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of West Sedona, the quaint, quiet neighborhood is close to it all, yet still allows for a private retreat. Several neighbors are long term residents who just love the area, and so we want to be respectful to them and their homes and keep noise to a minimum. The Teacup / Sugarloaf trailhead is less than a 5 minute walk and connects to Soldiers Pass, Thundermountain, and many more! Grocery stores are just around the corner and lots of restaurants nearby.



Getting Around:

Parking for two cars is provided (this is part of a duplex but the Casita has its own designated parking in the driveway)



For the hikers/bikers... the Sugarloaf trailhead connects to a whole series of nearby trails ranging from novice to advanced



Grocery store/Starbucks/Restaurants are less than 5 minutes away by car



For the kiddos, there's a lovely park complete with a splash pad less than 5 min drive as well!



Other Things to Note:

Please understand we are close to creeks and next to a culvert and undeveloped land. You might encounter wildlife while in our neighborhood and around are home including bobcats, javalinas, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, roaches, crickets, etc. We do spray for pests regularly around the home to reduce the incidence as much as possible. Javelinas especially are known to wander through the area. If you’re lucky enough to see one, please refrain from feeding them.



BE RESPECTFUL

A lot of work has gone into this home, please respect the space and everything in it as if it were your own. We also want to do our part in helping take care of the environment, so please turn off lights and ac/heater units when not in use, use coasters on furniture and be overall mindful of electric and water usage.



TOWEL USAGE

Help keep our unit and everything in it looking great – please use makeup towels (and not white ones) for makeup removal, you will find rags under the kitchen sink for anything muddy/excessively dirty. We also try to conserve water so please reuse towels when you can!



PARKING

Please park in your unit’s designated parking spot. The Casita has two parking spots in the driveway in front of the garage. The Getaway’s parking (other unit) is directly East of the garage, in the open area in front of the culvert.



NO PARTIES

This is a quiet neighborhood with lots of long term local residents and we cannot accommodate parties



NO SMOKING & NO PETS

No smoking anywhere on the property and unfortunately due to allergies, we cannot accommodate pets. If there is evidence of either, we’ll have to charge a fine for excess cleaning.



Interaction with Guests:

The space is self check-in and check-out. I am available to answer any questions you may have and also can help with recommendations and/or itinerary help if you'd like!
