The main living room boasts of a gas fireplace to cozy up with a cup of hot cocoa, coffee, or tea as you connect with loved ones and look out to the beautiful views, pool, and garden water feature. Comfortable, reclining leather sofas, love seats & chairs to relax & enjoy the epic Sedona setting.
The living room with the fireplace offers a pullout queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam topper. Additionally, there is a workspace and desk for the remote traveler.
The family room offers a large flat-screen TV for the whole family to enjoy movie nights with popcorn!
The dining table can comfortably seat 6 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island, making it an ideal space for shared meals and memorable moments. The warm wood kitchen is modern and fully equipped, allowing you to make your favorite meals or sample the local flavors of Sedona with ease.
For wellness-minded travelers, there’s a private backyard sanctuary space with another garden water feature, and fruit trees surrounding to unplug & unwind from the daily grind! Includes a putting green with 4 regular putters and kids putter set!

Both the living room & family room open up to a private enclosed backyard patio with luxury amenities, including a private pool (the pool is available to be heated at an additional charge of $100/night in the summer May 1 - Sept 30 and $150/night Springtime at the end of March - April 30, October 1 - end of November. *Please note: The pool is unable to be heated from December - end of March due to the outside temperatures during this time of the year and the size of the pool*), year-round hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and several seating areas and sun loungers for quiet contemplation and R&R. The outdoor kitchen, complete with a built in BBQ grill and high top table & seating, allows you to entertain & discover the art of outdoor cooking in a stunning setting.

The two guest bedrooms open up to the fresh air with sliding glass doors leading out to the backyard hideaway oasis. Both bedrooms have been thoughtfully adorned with plush queen-size Sealy beds & bedding, vibrant captivating art, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub-shower combo with double vanities.

There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.
Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley LINX Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.
