Open-Concept Main Level

The spacious main level brings the living room, kitchen and two dining areas together beneath soaring ceilings and expansive windows that fill the home with natural light and frame the surrounding Sedona scenery. The living area features comfortable seating, an electric fireplace and 68-inch Smart TV, creating an inviting place to relax after a day of exploring.

The fully equipped kitchen anchors the space, keeping everyone connected whether preparing dinner, relaxing by the fireplace or planning the next day's adventure. A formal dining table seats eight, while a separate breakfast banquette provides another comfortable spot for morning coffee, casual meals or conversation.

At opposite ends of the main level are two private king en suite bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and direct access to the outdoor deck. The separation between the suites provides added privacy, while private deck access makes it easy to step outside for morning coffee, fresh air or an evening under the Sedona sky.

Old West Inspired Lower Level
The walk-out lower level offers a distinctly different experience with an Old West-inspired design and plenty of room to spread out. This level features the home's second living, comfortable seating, a 65-inch Smart TV and queen sleeper sofa, along with a kitchenette and dining table for four.

A king bedroom and queen bedroom are also located on this level, along with a full bathroom featuring both a separate shower and classic clawfoot soaking tub. With its own living, dining, sleeping and refreshment spaces, the lower level works especially well for two families, couples traveling together or multigenerational groups who want to share a home while still having some privacy.

Outdoor Living
The home's expansive elevated deck provides another place to gather while enjoying Sedona's scenery. Start the morning outside with coffee, return after a day of exploring to grill dinner on the propane BBQ, or gather around the fire pit as evening settles over the red rocks.
