Other things to note
Our neighborhood is very peaceful and in a very natural setting because of whcih you will see critters big and small ( deer, cayotes, snakes, coyotes, bats, birds, squirrels, all kinds of insects including roaches). We use pest control with natural pesticide however despite routine treatments you may discover few small visitors in the home as they try to hide away from summer's heat or monsoon's wetness.
Our house is very clean but such is the natural habitat within Sedona.
