Guests have access to the entire home beginning at 4:00 p.m. on the day of check-in.
Stairs are required to access the home from the garage and to reach the primary bedroom.
The neighborhood
The home is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with only a few rentals nearby. Please be respectful of our full-time resident neighbors—noise carries easily. Quiet hours begin at 10 p.m. We have a strict no-party policy.
Getting around
While it’s best to have a car in Sedona, a public shuttle is available that takes you to major trailheads—perfect for avoiding parking hassles. Visit sedonashuttle dot com for more info.
Other things to note
While the exterior porch and furniture are cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year, you may notice additional debris due to weather, native plants, or pollen. A broom and basic cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience if you wish to tidy the space further.

Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy of 6 guests at any time. Parties and smoking in or around the property are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in additional fines charged to the booking guest and forfeiture of the remainder of the stay without refund.

For bookings longer than 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required and will be requested / collected through the payment system, in addition to the standard cleaning fee charged at booking.

Alteration requests are accepted at the host’s discretion and must be submitted at least 14 days prior to your original check-in date.
