Gut: Sauberkeit
The house is beautiful, very well decorated and with a gorgeous backdrop and view outside. It is also very centrally located, a very close drive to most sites and main areas of sedona (great pizza place 10 min walk/2 min drive). Kitchen is quite large with plenty of cooking/prep space, and living room couches comfortable. Master bedroom and bathroom huge, while the other 2 bedrooms were definitely smaller but still comfortable. My only disappointment was the backyard area and the lack of host attention to it. We had specifically been looking for a place with a bit of grass (real or turf does not matter) as I brought my dog and wanted him to have grass. The listing images show grass but upon arrival it looks like that whole area has been replaced with small but very sharp rocks (which weren't well kept as weeds were growing all over it, looking unruly). I saw my dog trying to walk on it and noticed him wincing, and tried walking barefoot myself only to realize it hurts a lot to walk on those. Was very disappointed by this especially as we had no warning from the host. The outside area in general looks like it's not very well upkept. Furniture was clean and comfortable, but the string lights don't work, the plants looked like they were dying, there were weeds overgrowing the rocks, and just in general in needs some attention. I'd like to say we'd return but only with confirmation that there was more attention to detail on this home.
