Set on 2 secluded acres, Casa Sereno is more than a vacation home — it’s a curated retreat environment. With 2 king bedrooms, 3 queen bedrooms, 1 sofa bed, 1 futon/twin, and a large L shaped sectional, the property offers flexible sleeping arrangements ideal for families, groups, wellness retreats, corporate offsites, and milestone celebrations for up to 14 guests. We also have 2 pack n plays for young children. Every detail has been intentionally selected to elevate your stay, from the heated pool and hot tub to the rooftop yoga deck, hidden speakeasy lounge, and immersive game room.

The home includes Starlink internet, Google mesh boosters, Sonos surround sound, an outdoor TV, and parking for up to 10 vehicles with a universal EV charger. Whether you’re working remotely, hosting a retreat, or streaming entertainment, Casa Sereno provides fast, reliable connectivity.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full access to the entire 2-acre property, including the rooftop yoga deck, stargazing deck, pool, hot tub, creekside lounge, speakeasy, game room, movie room, all bedrooms/bathrooms, and outdoor living spaces. Restricted areas include solar panel zones, non-activated roof areas, the owner’s closet, cleaner’s closet, and utility rooms.

IMPORTANT NOTES
To meet safety and regulatory standards, all first-floor doors and windows leading to the pool are equipped with chirp alarms. The side gate to the backyard has a small padlock; the access code will be provided prior to check-in.

Security Cameras Disclosure

For guest safety, property security, and occupancy monitoring, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras. Cameras monitor the following areas:

• Front entry and driveway
• Side access gates
• Pool and spa area
• BBQ patio
• Rooftop deck

These cameras are located exclusively in outdoor common areas and are not intended to monitor private guest activities. No cameras or recording devices are located inside the home. All cameras are visible and disclosed.
