The Space:
Our great room features a modern kitchen, an adjustable dining table (seating 6-8), and a cozy sitting area with a gas fireplace. We can also provide a highchair and/or booster seat if needed.
The spacious living room includes a wall-mounted video screen, adjustable chaise lounges, and a comfortable sofa bed.
The master bedroom offers an adjustable king-sized bed with an Egyptian cotton duvet, a state-of-the-art mattress, a large walk-in closet (with a "pack and play" crib), a jetted bathtub, a bidet-equipped toilet, and double sinks. This room has direct access to the hot tub through double doors and a small deck.
The second bedroom features an adjustable queen-sized bed, a closet, dresser, and night tables, providing a private and comfortable space.
The third bedroom includes a double bed, a closet and dresser, an elegant chaise lounge, a desk, and a small private bathroom. This front bedroom has doors that open to the living room.
The fourth bedroom, primarily designed for children but also suitable for adults, is equipped with a bunk bed (full-sized on the bottom and single on the top), a toy kitchen, a dollhouse, a small desk, and a closet full of games, toys, books, art supplies, and play equipment for all ages.
The front deck offers seating for 8 and a comfortable, somewhat shaded area perfect for year-round enjoyment. The back deck and garden area feature a hot tub, garden beds, 2 outdoor dining tables, a large barbecue, a sandbox, a swing, and a hammock.
We also have a spacious two-car garage and a variety of adult and child-sized bicycles available for guests to use, stored by the side of the garage.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet street in quiet neighbourhood. Shares a cut-de-sac with only three other homes. Super close to a long, treed walking and biking trail.
We are walking distance from highly acclaimed restaurants and wine tasting rooms including: Willowood Market Cafe, Underwood Bar and Bistro, Bowman Cellars, Sonoma Wine Company, and In Good Taste.
Getting Around:
It's a small town environment so parking is ample.
Other Things to Note:
Our spacious house comfortably accommodates groups of up to 8 adults (plus a child). Please note, we reside on a small cul-de-sac. We've included photos indicating designated parking areas for your convenience. It's essential that all guests agree not to park in spaces allocated to our neighbors or obstruct their access.
We provide a two-car garage which we encourage you to use. For additional parking, you may park outside the garage, ensuring access is maintained for our neighbors across the street (as shown in the photos). You can also park near our side of the street, close to the walkway leading to our house.
If more parking is needed for yourselves or visiting friends, street parking is available. Please avoid parking directly alongside our neighbors' houses as those spaces are reserved for them. Thank you for your cooperation.

Minimum booking age is 25 years.
Per Sonoma County vacation rental ordinance:
Maximum overnight occupancy (10 PM to 7 AM) is 8 guests.
Daytime occupancy (7 AM to 10 PM) is limited to 10 guests.
Parking available for 5 vehicles.
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 8 AM.
Outdoor amplified sound is not allowed.
Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability. A small fee applies.
Additional guidelines include:
Strict no-smoking and no-pet policies.
An e-signature may be required for the rental contract.
ID verification may be requested.
Self check-in available until 11 PM.
Tampering with WiFi devices is prohibited.
A refundable security deposit of $2000 may apply.
No commercial activities allowed.
Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee per pet.
