„Very cool 1920s home and cottage. Kitchen and bathroom were well outfitted. Shaded by big trees and extremely well outfitted including great porch areas around the whole house! Back yard has a most wonderful lounge area with great seating for kicking back with coffee or drinks!“

„For our family of 5, Coconut was the perfect house to unwind and hide from the rest of the world. The beach is just awesome lonely and during the nights we could sit right next to it on the terrace. The house is specious, perfectly equipped and offered all we needed coming in from an international flight. Everything exactly as described. „It truly was an ocean paradise, the access to the beach was amazing. It was quiet and the turtles laying eggs all up and down the beach was something I've never seen. It was fairly secluded and daily walks up and down had plenty of wildlife, shells and beauty. You would stay here for the location, the house is well equipped for cooking and plenty of recreational equipment available from past guests. You are self sufficient and take care of your own housekeeping which is fine with me.  ...

„We had a lovely stay here. It was exactly as described and the cleanest property we've ever stayed at. The house is really cute and located on a very quiet street. We were in town for two funerals, and there were multiple events surrounding those. I will say, as a female who had to dress up multiple times, it was challenging not to have a full-length mirror. „Very Impressive little cottage !!! Was not sure what to expect when we booked the reservation. We were pleasantly surpised. Very clean, open, and bright. My husband loved fishing off the dock everyday. We even saw dolphins swimming out front. Enjoyed out time at the cottage. Will come back to stay in if we are in the area again. 10 out of 10.“

„Location was great. It is within 2/3 miles of every restaurant you might want. After a couple weeks, we learned how to get around without using New Haven. The TV and internet were excellent. Small, but good for the two of us. Stove and fridge were a nice convenience. Property owners provide all necessities prior to and during stay. I would give it a 5 star, but mattress and doors need replacement as well as some window treatments.“

„Small home in an older part of Vero Beach. The location is near old down town that is undergoing a revitalization process. Neighborhood is okay, but not a good place to go for a walk. No sidewalks or anything. Quick drive over to the island and the beach. If you are planning to stay to make meals and cook, know this is a very small kitchen. Functional, but I didn't attempt to cook in it beyond using the microwave.“

„This is the Lodge you wish for when you go on vacation the stuff was superb friendly everything was clean and the rooms were equipped with everything you would need for a vacation. They have cable TV and wifi, a kitchen with all the equipment and a fridge with a freezer. The pool is right in front of the doors, and the ocean is just a few steps away. There is also a good pizza place around the corner. If I am ever in this area of Florida again, I will definitely go there again. “

„Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, die Nähe zum Strand, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Einen halben Punkt Abzug für die fehlenden Liegen und keinen Gasgrill. Leider war die Poolpumpe sehr laut. Wir empfehlen das Haus auf jeden Fall gerne weiter.“

„This Vero property is worth a repeat visit. The owners are on standby with whatever you need as they live nearby themselves. We were down with another family for baseball at the nearby Jackie Robinson complex and the house accomodated 8 of us just fine. The location puts you near all that Vero has to offer and you are about 10 minutes to the beaches. It is worth noting that there is a garage on the property ( which consists of 3 lots ) that the owner uses throughout the week. He doesnt intrude ...
