„Property is small but housed the six of us quite nicely. Dishwasher was quiet enough to run at night. The personal products were well-stocked. The beach tools (chairs, umbrella, towels, and cooler) were very helpful to have available to us. The front and back patios were very pleasant. The location was a quiet street and we felt comfortable taking walks through the neighborhood and reasonable driving distance between our most traveled sites... the Jackie Robinson Training Complex and the ocean ...

„We had a wonderful family vacation and got to see a launch right from the beach. We are from Cape Cod so enjoyed the ocean and the pool even though that may be too cold for some in December. The Melbourne Beach Market right within walking distance was a plus as we never really had to drive anywhere. We did visit the zoo and space center as well as andretti thrill park. All a hit with the grandkids. Hosts were great and we will definitely stay here if we decide to return to the area.“
